Cash only: unfortunately at this time we do not accept credit and/or debit cards, checks or other forums of payments for purchase transactions.

                Shipping & Delivery 

                                           Where is my order?

Upon finalizing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include your order number. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with the tracking number. If you have placed an order and have not received a confirmation email, please visit our Contact Us Page  to summit a request immediately so we can investigate the matter.

                             Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, orders CANNOT be changed, modified,  or canceled after checkout due to warehouse automations. If you have questions regarding our merchandise  before placing  your order or are having technical issues with ordering,, please visit our Contact Us Page and fill out the comment forum.

           I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible if a package is shipped to the incorrect address due to the wrong address being entered at checkout. We strive  to meet our processing and shipping times;  there is a minimal  time gap to cancel/change your order or update shipping adresses. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please visit our Contact Us Page and fill out the comment forum as soon you place your order.

We will do our best to make the change; however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

       Does Children's Palace ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship outside of the US.

At this time, we also do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii,  U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.

                                  Why am I  being charged a shipping fee if my order                                      total meets the $100 requirement? 

Oversize or additional charges may apply to some items due their size and weight, regardless of the purchase amount.
